User Terms & Conditions

These User Terms & Conditions form an agreement between you and Nuwair Systems when you visit our website, create an account, place an order, accept a proposal, or use a Nuwair Systems product or service. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement for yourself or the organization you represent.

An order form, quotation, statement of work, service description, or product-specific policy accepted by you becomes part of this agreement. If those documents conflict with these terms, the more specific written document controls for that service.

Nuwair Systems provides products and professional services that may include domain registration and transfer, shared and reseller hosting, VPS and dedicated servers, cloud infrastructure, website and e-commerce development, mobile applications, automation, DevOps, cybersecurity support, digital marketing, SEO, graphic design, and related consulting or managed support.

Features, resource limits, delivery schedules, support scope, and service levels vary by plan or proposal. We may improve or replace features while preserving the material purpose of an active paid service.

You must provide accurate account, billing, and contact information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting passwords, API credentials, recovery codes, and administrator access.

Notify Nuwair Systems promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may request reasonable verification before changing account ownership, releasing a domain, or disclosing account information.

Prices, billing cycles, taxes, setup fees, and renewal terms are shown at checkout or in your accepted proposal. Unless stated otherwise, recurring services are billed in advance and must be paid by the invoice due date. Currency conversion and payment-provider charges may apply.

You authorize Nuwair Systems and its payment providers to charge your selected payment method for approved orders and recurring renewals. Failed or overdue payments may result in restricted access, suspension, disclosed late charges, or termination after reasonable notice where practicable.

Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers are also governed by the applicable registry, registrar, and ICANN policies. Domain availability is not guaranteed until registration completes. You are responsible for accurate registrant data, timely renewal, and compliance with registry requirements.

Some domain transactions are irreversible or non-refundable once submitted. Expired domains may enter grace, redemption, or deletion periods with additional recovery fees set by the provider or registry.

You must use hosting, server, cloud, email, and network resources lawfully and in a way that does not harm Nuwair Systems, other customers, or third parties. We may investigate abuse reports and take proportionate action to protect service integrity.

• Do not distribute malware, phishing content, unsolicited bulk messages, or material that unlawfully infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access, vulnerability exploitation, denial-of-service activity, credential theft, or circumvention of resource and security controls.
• Do not use shared resources in a manner that materially degrades service for other customers or violates published plan limits.

Project scope, milestones, dependencies, revisions, acceptance criteria, and ownership terms are defined in the applicable proposal or statement of work. You must provide timely content, approvals, credentials, and feedback. Customer-caused delays may change delivery dates and cost.

Change requests outside the agreed scope may require a revised estimate. Third-party themes, plugins, APIs, advertising platforms, app stores, and software remain subject to their own licenses, fees, review processes, and availability.

You retain ownership of content and data you provide and grant Nuwair Systems the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, back up, or modify it to deliver the ordered services. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required for that content.

Nuwair Systems retains ownership of its pre-existing software, methods, templates, tools, trademarks, and general know-how. Ownership of custom deliverables is governed by the accepted proposal and may transfer only after all related invoices are paid.

We work to maintain reliable services but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation unless a written service-level agreement states otherwise. Maintenance, emergency security work, upstream provider incidents, internet failures, and events outside reasonable control may affect availability.

Backup features vary by product and are not a substitute for your own tested, independent backups. You remain responsible for copies of critical websites, databases, credentials, and business data.

You may request cancellation through the customer portal or an authorized support channel. Cancellation timing, refund eligibility, and data-retention periods depend on the product, billing cycle, work already performed, and third-party costs. Domain fees, licenses, completed milestones, custom work, and consumed resources are generally non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise in writing.

We may suspend or terminate a service for non-payment, security risk, unlawful activity, abuse, or a material breach of these terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.

Services are provided with reasonable care and skill and otherwise on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Nuwair Systems is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost opportunities, or failures caused by customer systems, third-party platforms, or events beyond our reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by law, Nuwair Systems total liability relating to a service will not exceed the fees paid for that affected service during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms to reflect changes in services, providers, security practices, or law. Material changes will be posted here and may also be communicated through your account or email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Courts with jurisdiction in Lahore, Pakistan will hear disputes unless the parties agree to another lawful resolution process. Questions may be sent to legal@nuwair.com.
